To begin with us we need some information from you regarding what it is you would like help with and what goals you have. This can all be done via the 'APPLICATION FORM' area found from the tab in the top left of the screen, also located on the home page. Once this is filled in we will receive a notification with your filled in form. Following on from this we can arrange a potential call to discuss your goals and how we can help, a call isn't essential but its always good to meet. All prices we can discuss over a call/email as these prices can range depending on what your goals are and timeframe you have. We have different packages for different needs.
Once we have discussed how we can help you we can create a tailored training/nutrition plan to suit your goals. When the plan is complete I will share with you your information.
Once the plan starts we will then need you to check in weekly, this will be via a check in area on our Tom Old Coaching App. We will also let you know what day your check in will be. Along with filling in a check in form we will also need you to add photos weekly (this is optional and any photos shared with us will only be used on social media if the client agrees), from this we can monitor your progress on your plan and tweak things where they need to be tweaked. We will also take measurements over the duration of your plan and again this is optional.
We also have a feedback area where you will be able to comment on how your week has been, how well you have stuck to your plan and you can also express any other relative information we may need to know or you wish to share. All feedback will be in the form of video feedback or WhatsApp voice note (your own preference), in which you can watch / listen to at a time that suits you. All feedback will be within 24 Hours.
